Kodak, Tenn - The Tennessee Smokies (8-5) retook control of first place in the Southern League North with a 4-0 win over the Rocket City Trash Pandas (8-6) Saturday night at Smokies Stadium.

The Smokies shut out the Trash Pandas with a combination of three arms. Starter Riley Thompson went three innings, allowing a single hit and striking out four batters. In relief, Peyton Remy tossed five innings, surrendering just three hits and striking out seven while securing his second win of the season.
