Sloan Loaned to Dayton

Syracuse, NY (January 11, 2005) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that they have returned left wing Tyler Sloan to Dayton (ECHL).

Sloan, 23, appeared in two games with Syracuse this season, without recording a point. In 23 games with Dayton this season, Sloan has recorded 3 goals, 6 assists and 45 penalty minutes. In 112 career AHL games, all with Syracuse, Sloan has tallied 4 goals, 5 assists and 101 penalty minutes. A native of Calgary, Alberta, Sloan was originally signed as a free agent by Columbus on September 24, 2000.

The Crunch returns home to face Cleveland on Friday, January 14. On Saturday, January 15 Fred Flintstone visits the War Memorial at Oncenter, when the Crunch host Cleveland.
