Skyforce Season-Highs

The Sioux Falls Skyforce defeated the Gary Steelheads 128-122 (5, 2) in overtime on Wednesday night thanks to outstanding performances from Noel Felix and Corey Williams. Felix scored a season-high 39 points and pulled down eight rebounds while Williams had season-highs in both points (23) and assists (19).

One and Only

The Sioux Falls Skyforce is currently the only team in the CBA with at least a .500 record against each team in the CBA. The ‘Force has winning records against Albany (3-1), Dakota (6-5), Gary (3-1), and Idaho (5-2) and is .500 against Michigan (1-1), Rockford (2-2), and Yakama (3-3).

Magic Number

The ‘Force needs to accumulate at least 13 quarter-points over the next three road games in order to clinch a berth in the 2006 CBA Playoffs. Dakota (17-25) is idle until Tuesday night and currently has 129.0 quarter-points. With only six games remaining, they can win a maximum of 42 quarter-points (win 7 QP each game) which would increase their season total to 171.0 quarter-points. Therefore, the ‘Force can clinch a berth with 13.0 quarter-points as they currently have 158.0.
