
Skyforce Acquires Malik Williams

Sioux Falls, SD - The Sioux Falls Skyforce announced today that the team has acquired center Malik Williams from the available player pool.
Williams, a 6-11, 250-pound center out of Louisville went undrafted in the 2022 NBA Draft and spent training camp with the Skyforce this fall. He played five seasons for the Cardinals from 2017-2022 and in 123 games (62 starts) averaged 7.1 points on 44.4 percent shooting, 5.5 rebounds and 0.7 blocks per 17.5 minutes a game.
He spent last season with Anwil Wloclawek of the Polish OBL and averaged 8.1 points on 44.5 percent shooting, 5.5 rebounds and 0.8 blocks per 17.7 minutes a game in 31 appearances (18 starts).
Jamaree Bouyea's NBA Call-Up to the Portland Trail Blazers on a two-way contract completed the transaction.
