TONIGHT'S GAME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE

Courtney Vandersloot became the fourth player in WNBA history to record 2,000 career assists during the third quarter. She came into tonight's game needing 10 assists to reach the milestone and finished with 13. The veteran guard posted her 60th-career game with a double figure assists total. She needs four more games to tie Ticha Penicheiro for the most in that category (64 games).

Vandersloot also recorded her 41st-career double-double after she drilled a three in the fourth quarter to give the Sky its new season-high in points (94 when she made the shot). Vandersloot already holds the WNBA record for most double-doubles with assists (Sue Bird is second with 28).

The Sky won its third consecutive game, scoring a season-high in points (105) for the second time in its last three games (previously set at 92 vs. Indiana on June 9). It is the fourth time in franchise history that Chicago has scored 105 points.

Kahleah Copper registered her 500th career WNBA field goal following her second bucket of the game. She is also now just five 3-point field goals away from reaching 100 for her career.

NEXT UP: The Sky (5-7) returns to Chicago following its quick trip to the Land of 10,000 Lakes to host the Connecticut Sun for two consecutive games at Wintrust Arena, beginning Thursday, June 17 at 7:00p CT. Sky fans can tune into WCIU The U or follow the action on Twitter. Coming into Tuesday's slate of games, Connecticut (8-3) was tied for second in the WNBA standings with the Las Vegas Aces but is coming off a 23-point loss (66-89) at home to the Seattle Storm on Sunday, June 13.
