TONIGHT'S GAME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
Sky secured a new WNBA shooting record in a half at 83.3% in the first. The previous high for a first or second half was 80% shot by the Minnesota Lynx on August 4, 2003. The previous high in a first half was 79.3% also shot by the Lynx June 7, 2009.
Double-doubles from two 2022 All-Star starters, the Sky's Candace Parker and the Sun's Jonquel Jones.
NEXT UP: The Sky is back in action Saturday, July 2, as the Phoenix Mercury make their second trip of the season to Wintrust Arena. Tip-off is at 12pm and coverage of Sky vs. Mercury will be aired on ESPN.
Saturday's game will be the Sky's second meeting against the Mercury this season after downing the Mercury 73-70 in its first matchup on May 31 at Wintrust Arena. The Mercury are coming off an 83-71 home victory over the Fever, and host the Fever once more Wednesday night before traveling to Chicago for Saturday's contest.
