Worcester Tornadoes News Release

The Worcester Tornadoes are back in town for a six-game home stand with tons of fun promotions as they take on the Newark Bears and New Jersey Jackals.

Worcester will play the league-leading Bears Tuesday night at 7:05 p.m., followed by 11:05 a.m. contests on Wednesday and Thursday. Both 11:05 starts are Baseball In Education Days with plenty of fun trivia questions for the students.

The New Jersey Jackals will come into town Friday for the first matchup between the CanAm League foes this season. Friday night will be the first Fireworks Friday Sponsored by Price Chopper of the season, with fireworks directly following the 7:05 p.m. contest. Saturday is Orange Out Night!, where we encourage everyone to wear orange in support of the Tornadoes for the 7:05 p.m. Finally, Sunday's game will be a Tykes Club Sunday, where kids eat free and get to run the bases after the 4:05 p.m. game.
