
Single Game Tickets on Sale Monday and Suns Release 2015 Promo Schedule

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Jacksonville Suns will begin selling individual game tickets for the 2015 season to the general public on Monday, March 16 at 8:30 A.M. Box office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. Tickets for the MLB Exhibition game between the Suns and Miami Marlins on Saturday April 4th at Bragan Field are still available.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.jaxsuns.com and through the Suns Box Office by calling 904-358-2846. Fans that have purchased voucher books can begin exchanging them for tickets as well starting Monday.
Single-game ticket prices will remain unchanged with the Dugout box seats at $22.50, the home plate box at $13.50 and the reserved area at $10.50. The general admission section sold only the day of the game is $7.50.
The Suns will kick off the 2015 season on Thursday, April 9 at 7:05 p.m. with a Replica Championship Ring giveaway commemorating the Suns 2014 Southern League Championship. Fans attending throughout opening weekend will also receive a 2015 Suns Magnet Schedule.
Saturday April 11th features the first giveaway in a season-long promotional series, Pedro's Last Dance, which celebrates Peter "Pedro" Bragan Jr. and the Bragan Family's final season as owners of the Jacksonville Suns. All fans will receive a commemorative Pedro's Last Dance Poster on April 11, the first 3,000 fans will receive a bobblehead honoring Madame Chairman Mary Frances Bragan on June 27 and July 10 features a Pedro's Last Dance T-Shirt for the 1st 3,000 fans. August 21st is the Suns annual Used Car Night with three special vehicles in the lineup this year. Late Suns owner Peter Bragan Sr.'s red 1993 Ford F-150, which was purchased brand new from King's Crown Ford and well maintained over the years, will be given-away to one lucky winner. The Bragan Family's 1999 blue Chevy Malibu and Pedro Bragan's white 2009 Chevy Tahoe will be awarded to lucky winners as well. The series continues on September 5th when the first 3,000 receive a special Pedro's Last Dance fedora.
National recording artists Chris August (May 22) and Jason Crabb (September 4) cap off a night of family, fellowship and our national pastime as we host two of our Annual Family Faith Nights during the 2015 season. Other musical acts for 2015 include Elvis Himselvis (June 11-12) and the George Aspinall Band for Jimmy Buffet Night (July 11).
If you like it loud, don't miss the Pirates of Fernandina on April 24 and Bragan Field goes rodeo from May 23 - May 25 when Team Ghost Riders storms into town with three of the best sheep dog-riding monkeys in the business! The Suns will also host appearances from the loveable Sweetright Brothers (April 11-12) Billy the Marlin of the Miami Marlins (April 19), two-time National League MVP Dale Murphy (June 5), the Zooperstars (April 18-19, September 5) and Birdzerk (September 6). The annual battle for the Pot o' Gold is back with Leprechaun Championship Wrestling on July 24 and a full wrestling card featuring Ladies, Tag-Team and Little People matches on July 25.
Fans will once again benefit from several unique giveaways during the 2015 season. The Suns will have two bobble head nights depicting former players J.T. Realmuto (July 11) and Justin Nicolino (July 25) as well as three Suns Cap giveaway nights on May 15 (Ladies Pink cap), July 24 (Green St. Patty's Day cap) and August 22 (Red Peppermint Stripe cap). Another great giveaway item is 2014 Southern League Championship Series MVP Viosergy Rosa home replica jerseys on April 25 and Suns Beach Sunglasses on April 17. Special Comic-Con light swords will be given away on June 13 before a special Saturday 12:05pm game.
As usual, the Suns have several nights planned for the benefit of local charities during 2015, including three jersey auctions. Red 90's Throwback jerseys on May 15 to benefit Cancer Awareness and the Patient Assistance Foundation, Patriotic Pink jerseys on July 4 to benefit the Greater Jacksonville Area USO and Jimmy Buffett-style jerseys on July 21 to benefit Wolfson Children's Hospital. Lou Gehrig Night to raise ALS Awareness will be held on Friday, June 12 and the Suns partner with the Salvation Army for Christmas in August on Saturday, August 22.
Back by popular demand are fan-favorite promotions like Belly Buster Mondays (June-August), Fifty-Cent Family Feast Tuesdays, Businessperson Special day games on Wednesdays, Thursday Night Throwdowns with Buds for a buck and two for one cocktails and Friday Family Fireworks.
Children can also take part in Kids run the bases on most Sundays, a Kids Clinic on the Field (April 26), Scout Nights (April 17, May 15), Celebration of Reading (May 11, May 13) and Camp Days (June 29, July 13).
The Suns will once again host special county nights on June 15 (Nassau), July 27 (Clay) and August 3 (St. John's). Fans can also enjoy 16 fireworks nights, including holiday fireworks on July 4, May 24 and September 6 plus a special Saturday show on June 27. 2015 will also feature five Bark in the Park Nights (April 25, May 23, June 28, July 26, August 22) where you can bring your pooch to the ballpark for only $2.50!
