Jackson, Tenn. - The Jackson Generals announced the creation of their brand new Silver Sluggers Club on Thursday. Seniors age 65 and above will be able to go to a total of 25 games- a $150 value- for only $25 in addition to a host of other benefits.
Registered members of the Silver Sluggers Club will receive a membership card and admission to all Sunday, Monday and Tuesday home games. Also included are a Silver Sluggers T-Shirt, a collectable Generals mug with refills for only $1 for the 2015 season, an exclusive meet-and-greet with select Generals players on dates to be determined, 10% off in the Generals Store and $2 off any regular-priced ticket for games that are not included in the package.
"The Generals are always trying to reach new groups of fans, and providing this opportunity," General Manager Jason Compton said of the Silver Sluggers Club. "We want everyone in Jackson and the surrounding areas to see how fun coming to games at the Ballpark at Jackson is."
This is the first year that Jackson will be offering the Silver Sluggers Club. The team already has a Junior Generals Kids Club presented by SkyZone, which gets children admission to every fireworks game in 2015 for only $10.
Signing up for the Silver Sluggers Club is easy. Interested fans can download the Registration Form and mail it to the Ballpark at Jackson. Payment can be made in cash, with a check or a credit card. For more information, call the Generals at (731) 988.5299.
