South Bend Silver Hawks News Release
South Bend, IN - The Arizona Diamondbacks, the parent club of the South Bend Silver Hawks (Midwest League), have placed LHP Angel Rocha on the 15-day disabled list and will fill the roster spot by promoting RHP Chase Christianson from Yakima (Northwest League).
Rocha pitched in four games for the Silver Hawks, throwing three innings, allowing one hit and compiling an ERA of 18.00.
Christianson (1-4, 3.20) has pitched in 21 games, with all outings coming in relief.
The Silver hawks continue their five game series with the Dayton Dragons tonight at 6PM (ET) at The Cove. Ryan Schreppel and Donald Julio will start for the Hawks, with Travis Wood and Rainier Feliz getting the starts for Dayton.
