Side Pockets To Host Viewing Party For Omaha Beef Playoff Game

Omaha, NE- The Omaha BEEF UIF indoor football team is traveling to Billings, Montana to play the Billings Outlaws in the first round of the UIF playoffs. There will be a viewing party hosted by Side Pockets and the Omaha BEEF as the game is broadcast live via B2 Networks.

Side Pockets, located at 84th and Giles streets in Omaha, will be offering drink specials all night long. The party begins at 7 PM and the BEEF game will kickoff at 8 PM. Matt SantaMaria off NRG and the BEEF's own Colby Laughhunn will broadcast the play-by-play on KKAR 1290.

Laughhunn looks forward to the chance to call the game.

"It has been a great season for us. We go into the playoffs with a real opportunity to make it to the championship game", said Laughhunn. "The viewing party should be a fun time. The fans are great and I can't wait to be part of a broadcast."

Omaha Beef Prime Dancers as well as the Ball Babes, and Rump Roasters will be on hand for the event. All BEEF fans are welcome and encouraged to come out and support the BEEF as they play towards the 2008 UIF championship.

The Omaha BEEF are playing for the chance to host the UIF playoffs at the Civic Auditorium in Omaha, Nebraska. United Bowl IV will be played July 12th, 2008 at an as yet undetermined location.

The Omaha BEEF opened their 2008 home season versus the Bloomington Extreme on March 15, 2008. All home games will be played at the Omaha Civic Auditorium. The BEEF are a member of the United Indoor Football Association, the premier indoor football league in America.
