West Virginia recorded thirteen hits, took advantage of four Delmarva errors, and earned a split in the four-game series, winning Sunday's finale 7-4. The Shorebirds battled back from a 6-1 deficit with three runs in the seventh inning to get within a pair, however the Power tacked on another unearned run in the home half of the seventh, and West Etheridge tossed a scoreless seventh and eighth for his fourth save of the season.

Zach Braddock was dominant in four innings as the starter for West Virginia. In just his second start of the season, Braddock struck out 10 Shorebirds in four frames, allowing just two hits and one run.

Zach Britton received shaky defense for his second straight start, allowing three runs(two earned) in five innings. Britton struck out four and didn't walk any, but received the loss, his second of the season.

After pummeling Power pitching for 39 hits over the first three games, the 'Birds only had seven on Sunday, with Ryan Adams the only Shorebird with a multi-hit game.

Delmarva has an off-day on Monday before opening up an eight game homestand on Tuesday.
