After two rounds of no goals, Ryan Walters would scored for the Buccaneers. Fargo tied the shootout up in the bottom of the fifth round - sending extra players to the ice. J.P. Burkemper scored the last goal for the Buccaneers; as Charles Williams would make the final save of the game allowing for the Buccaneers to record the shootout win.

Charles Williams stopped 41 of 45 shots on goal in his 65 minutes in goal. The Buccaneers would go 0-for-8 on the powerplay and have 29 shots on goal against Fargo.

The Bucs will play on the road in Sioux City on Friday before heading home to finish off with a Saturday night game against the Waterloo Black Hawks.
