Shock Game to Air Sunday on Tape Delay
April 13, 2011 - Arena Football League (AFL)
Spokane Shock News Release
Spokane, WA: The Spokane Shock announced today that Friday night's game against the Utah Blaze will air on tape delay on KSKN on Sunday at 1 PM.
Per the AFL's broadcasting agreement with the NFL Network, a game cannot air on television or on the internet at the same time as the NFL Network's Game of the Week.
The NFL Network Game of the Week, which will be broadcast at the same time as the Shock game, precludes the Blaze from broadcasting a live TV or internet feed of the game. (The NFL Network's game this week features the Tampa Bay Storm and the Soul live from Philadelphia, starting at 5 PM.)
The game will air live on 700 ESPN THE TICKET Friday night with Dennis Patchin and Keith Osso. THE TICKET's coverage will begin at 4:30 PM with the pregame show with kickoff set for 6 PM, local time.
Season tickets for the Shock are on sale now and can be purchased by calling 242-7462. Single game tickets are also on sale and can be purchased by contacting TicketsWest.
