Spokane Shock News Release

The Spokane Shock is proud to announce that beginning on Saturday April 21, fans will have a chance to drive away in the "Shock Truck," courtesy of Dishman Dodge.

At halftime of the game against Lubbock on Saturday, and at every other home game this season, fans will have a chance to toss miniature footballs from their seats into the back of the truck. Every person who successfully lands a ball in the truck's bed will qualify for a chance to compete in a super promotion during the final home game of the season against Tri-Cities on July 14. Thanks to Dishman Dodge, one lucky fan could drive away from that game in the beautiful Spokane Shock Dodge Ram pickup.

To participate, fans can purchase miniature footballs from the Wachovia Dealer Services table on the concourse outside Section 119 before the game and during the first half. Each ball costs only $5, with 100% of the proceeds going to support the Northwest Autism Center. Fans can purchase as many balls as they want.

At the beginning of halftime, the Dishman Dodge Ram will drive onto the field and the PA announcer will direct fans to toss their balls from their seats towards the truck. The balls that land in the back will qualify for a chance to compete in the final promotion. One "instant winner" will be selected each week and will receive an instant prize-such as autographed game balls, jerseys, etc.-on the spot.

Some tickets are still available for this Saturday's game and can be purchased by calling TicketsWest at 325-SEAT.
