
Several Members Of The Sea Dogs Nominated For League Awards

SAINT JOHN, NB --- The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League has unveiled its list of nominees for the 2010 Golden Puck Awards. Every year, the QMJHL honours its most deserving athletes, teams and personalities at its awards gala. This year's banquet will be held on Wednesday, March 31, at the Hyatt-Regency hotel in downtown Montreal.
Five members of the regular season champion Saint John Sea Dogs have earned nominations this year, three of whom are up for multiple awards.

Mike Hoffman: Michel Brière Trophy (Most Valuable Player) & Frank J. Selke Trophy (Sportsman of the Year)
Stanislav Galiev: RDS Cup (Rookie of the Year), Mike Bossy Trophy (Top Professional Prospect), and Michel Bergeron Trophy (Offensive Rookie of the Year)
Tomas Jurco: RDS Cup (Rookie of the Year) & Michel Bergeron Trophy (Offensive Rookie of the Year)
Yann Sauvé: Kevin Lowe Trophy (Best Defensive Defenseman)
Gerard Gallant: Ron Lapointe Trophy (Coach of the Year)
