Huntsville Stars News Release

HUNTSVILLE, Ala - Tonight's series opener between the Carolina Mudcats and Huntsville Stars has been postponed due to poor field conditions caused by the early evening storms in the Tennessee Valley. It will be made up as part of a double header Saturday.

First pitch will be at 4:43 p.m. with game two starting 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one. One ticket will get fans into both games. Tickets from tonight's game can be redeemed at the ticket office for a general admission ticket to an upcoming Stars game.

Saturday is McDonald's Youth Sports Saturday. All children wearing their youth sports or scout uniform will receive free admission to Joe Davis Stadium. The Bud Light Bullpen will be open from the time gates open at 4 p.m. until the last out of the first game. Twenty-ounce drafts are only $2!
