
Senators Place Mata on D.L.

The Harrisburg Senators announced today that starting pitcher Gustavo Mata has been placed on the disabled list. The moves was dated August 5th.
Mata landed on the D.L. with a right index finger laceration.
With the Senators this season, Mata is 5-8 with a 4.63 ERA in 19 starts. He has worked 93.1 innings, allowing 119 hits, 48 earned runs, 35 walks and 35 strikeouts. No replacement has been named for Mata on the Senators' roster.
The Senators' roster stands at 22 active players. One below the current limit permitted by the Eastern League.
