Sebastien Ibeagha Named to MLSsoccer.com's Team of the Matchday Following Texas Derby Win

FRISCO, Texas - FC Dallas defender Sebastien Ibeagha was named to MLSsoccer.com's Team of the Matchday presented by Audi for Matchday 11. Ibeagha scored his first goal of the season, helping Dallas win its second game of the 2024 season.

Ibeagha scored FC Dallas' second goal of the night to help Dallas obtain a crucial win versus Texas Derby rival Houston Dynamo FC. Ibeagha's defensive performance helped Dallas limit the Dynamo to only two shots, and a 0.1 xG rating.

Forward Petar Musa was named to the Team of the Matchday bench after scoring a goal in his second consecutive match to give Dallas its first lead in 316 minutes. The Designated Player netted his second goal at Toyota Stadium, his first in the Texas Derby. Musa leads Dallas with three goals this season.

This is the fifth time in 2024 FC Dallas has earned MLSsoccer.com's Team of the Matchday honors.
