
Season Ticket Pick-up Day Nears

Brandon, MB. -- With the 2010-11 Western Hockey League season just over two weeks away, the Brandon Wheat Kings have announced that Season Ticket Pick-up Day is almost here.
Wheat Kings Season Ticket holders will be able to pick up their new Season Tickets, beginning Thursday, September 9th in the southend parking lot of the Keystone Centre.
Fans wanting more information or looking to purchase Season Tickets or Flex Packs (Exchange Coupon vouchers) can also do so by stopping by Thursday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
2010-11 Season Ticket prices remain unchanged this season, meaning a fan can enjoy exciting WHL action for just $9 per game (adult), which translates to a saving of $10 / game, based on regular admission prices.
Season Ticket prices are $325 (adults) and $175 (youth 18 and under).

As of Tuesday, just over 2,300 Season Tickets had been sold for the upcoming season - well short of last year's totals of over 3,600.
In on ice news, the Wheat Kings and Regina Pats will kick off a home and home weekend exhibition series on Friday night. Following Friday's game in Regina, the two teams will square off the following night in Brandon. Puck drop is at 7:30.
Tickets to Saturday's pre-season home opener are on sale now at the Keystone Centre box office, by calling 726-3555 or online at ticketmaster.ca
Brandon will open up the regular season schedule on Friday, September 24th against the Pats. Tickets to the Home Opener go on sale Monday, September 13th.
