SAINT JOHN - Do you like meeting new and exciting people? Can you think on your feet? Can you engage large crowds while speaking into a microphone?
The Saint John Sea Dogs are looking for a Game Host for all Sea Dogs home g ames during the 2014- 2015 regular and post-season s . The Game Host will assist with all c ontests and promotional activities by following a n in-depth game script provided by the Coordinator, Game Day Operations.
Here are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Game Host:
- Act as the in-game host by executing on-ice or in-arena promotions and following the script, speaking to the crowd through a microphone.
- Engage the crowd during in-game promotional elements through a creative and energetic environment.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 1-2 years Emcee/Hosting experience required
- Must have a projecting and booming voice
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Flexible hours and availability
