Saint John Sea Dogs News Release
The Saint John Sea Dogs (26-15-1-3) are on the road to PEI to take on the Charlottetown Islanders (30-8-4-0) tonight at 7:30 PM.
Saint John is 1-4 in their five meeting with the highly ranked Islanders, but they are gaining on them in the standings. Currently on a five game win streak, the Sea Dogs look to continue their offensive play against their maritime rivals.
The Sea Dogs are coming off an exciting 4-3 win against the Titan at TD Station, with goals coming from William Dufour, Cam MacDonald, Connor Trenholm, and Philippe Daoust in the weeknight matchup.
The Islanders are coming off a 4-3 overtime loss to the Halifax Mooseheads, giving up a 3-0 lead after goals from Patrick Guay, Patrick Leblanc, and Lukas Cormier.
