Schroeder Recalled to Minnesota

DES MOINES, IA - Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher on Saturday announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has recalled forward Jordan Schroeder under emergency conditions from the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Schroeder, 25 (9/29/90), has appeared in one game with Minnesota this season, skating 9:34 and was a plus-1 in a 3-2 win vs. St. Louis on Oct. 10, and has tallied five points (2-3=5) in eight games with Iowa. He recorded eight points (3-5=8) in 25 games with Minnesota last season and 28 points (10-18=28) in 35 contests with Iowa. The 5-foot-9, 184-pound native of Lakeville, Minn., also skated in three Stanley Cup Playoff games with Minnesota. He owns 23 points (9-14=23) and a plus-3 rating in 82 career NHL contests with Vancouver and Minnesota. Schroeder was originally selected by Vancouver in the first round (22nd overall) in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
The Wild returns to Wells Fargo Arena for a pair of home games on Saturday Oct. 31 and Sunday Nov 1. Saturday's game against the Milwaukee Admirals will be at 7 p.m. Saturday night is also "Halloween Hat Trick or Treat" night at Wells Fargo Arena. Kids (12 and under) are encouraged to wear their costumes to the game and Trick-or-Treat on the concourse. Following the game the team will host a FREE post game skate. Iowa hosts Rockford on Sunday at 5 p.m. The game will include the Sunday combo pack courtesy of Subway and Star 102.5 FM.
Fans may purchase single-game tickets multiple ways, either through the team's website - www.Iowawild.com , the Wells Fargo Arena box office or participating Hy-Vee food stores. Tickets are available online at www.Iowawild.com under the single game tickets tab. The Wells Fargo Arena box office is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and closed on Sunday. For Saturday game days, the box office will open at 10 a.m. For Sunday game days the box office will open at 12 p.m. Fans may also purchase tickets by calling 1-844-55-HYVEE or by visiting participating Hy-Vee food stores locations in the greater Des Moines area. The Iowa Wild 2015-16 season is presented by Mercy Medical Center, it runs from October through April. Fans may purchase seats to see any of the team's 38 regular season home games at Wells Fargo Arena.
