MOLINE, Ill. (October 7, 2010) - The Quad City Mallards of the "AA" Central Hockey League today announced they have partnered with APAC Customer Services, Inc. and Mix 96 to introduce Mallards Sunday Family Days.
For any of the Mallards' four Sunday afternoon home games this season, fans will be able to purchase four tickets anywhere in the i wireless Center, four beverages and four hot dogs all for just $34. Sunday Family Days provide a savings of up to $26 in the upper level and of up to $46 in the lower level.
"We are very excited to be able to team with APAC Customer Services, Inc. and Mix 96 to make Sunday Family Days and the savings they provide for fans and families possible," said Mallards President Chris Presson.
Fans attending each Family Day game will also have the chance to join their favorite Mallards on the ice. A postgame skate with the Mallards will follow each Sunday contest.
"Our APAC team is delighted to sponsor the Mallards' Sunday Family Days. We believe in affordable fun for Quad Cities families and are looking forward to a great Mallards season!" said APAC General Manager Tracy Beck.
Each of the four Sunday afternoon home games- beginning with the Flock's October 24 match-up with the Evansville IceMen and followed by contests on November 21 against Dayton, December 12 against Fort Wayne and January 30 against Missouri- will face off at 4:05 p.m.
"Mix 96 is thrilled to be partnering with the Quad City Mallards on the new Sunday Family Days," said Clear Channel Radio Quad Cities General Sales Manager Jeff Ashcraft. "Our listeners are very family-oriented and are always on the lookout for affordable family fun and this allows them to enjoy quality hockey and refreshments at a reasonable price."

The Mallards will raise the curtain on their first CHL regular season on home ice Saturday, October 16, at 7:05 p.m. against the Odessa Jackalopes. Mallards single game tickets are available in person at the i wireless Center box office, at Ticketmaster outlets, through www.ticketmaster.comor through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free at 1-800-745-3000. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on game days other than Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until the end of the first period. On Sundays on which the Mallards play at home the ticket office will be open from 1:00 p.m. until the start of the second period. Individual game tickets are available for $10 in the upper level and $15 in the lower level.
