Saturday's Giants-JetHawks Game Postponed

San Jose Giants News Release


SAN JOSE, CA - Saturday's scheduled game between the San Jose Giants and Lancaster JetHawks at Municipal Stadium was postponed due to rain. The teams will now play a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon beginning at 1:00 PM. Sunday's first game will be the resumption of Friday's suspended contest with the JetHawks leading the Giants by a 4-1 score in the top of the fifth inning. The second game will be seven innings in length per Minor League Baseball doubleheader rules.

The final game of the four-game series will be made-up during the July 13-15 series when the Giants visit Lancaster.
