HAGERSTOWN, Md. -- The Delmarva Shorebirds and the Hagerstown Suns were rained out on Saturday evening at Municipal Stadium. The game has been cancelled due to heavy thunderstorms and will not be made up. The two teams will conclude the series and the first half on Sunday afternoon.
The Shorebirds wrap up the first half of the season on Sunday with left-hander Brian Gonzalez (4-4, 4.81) on the mound. Delmarva and Hagerstown will play one nine-inning game with first pitch scheduled for 1:05 p.m. at Municipal Stadium in Hagerstown, Md.
