Saskatchewan Dominates San Diego as Scigliano Steals the Show

Saturday night on Co-op Field, the Saskatchewan Rush topped the San Diego Seals 13-8 in a must-win regular season game.
The visitors jumped out to a 2-0 lead early in the first quarter, but the Rush offence found their groove eight minutes in.
Zach Manns goal at the mid-way point of the first quarter sparked a nine-goal run that ran into the third quarter. The Victoria, BC product finished with a game high five goals and two assists.
Ryan Keenan and Clark Walter each had two goals, while Mike Triolo, Keegan Bell, Jake Boudreau and Jerrett Smith each had singles for the Rush.
Between the pipes, Frank Scigliano made 40 saves against his former team for his eighth win of the season.
Next up on Co-op Field, the Saskatchewan Rush host the Toronto Rock on Saturday, April 20th. Game time is at 7:00PM, with the official pre-game show on 92.9 The Bull starting at 5:30PM.
