Bandits Clinch Playoff Berth With Win Over Roughnecks

The Buffalo Bandits have secured their spot in the 2024 NLL Playoffs after clinching a playoff berth with a 14-7 win over the Calgary Roughnecks inside KeyBank Center on Saturday.
The Bandits improved to 10-7 with the win and currently sit in fifth in the new unified standings. The top eight teams in the league will qualify for the playoffs.
The 2024 NLL Playoffs begin Thursday, April 25 with a single-elimination quarterfinal round followed by a best-of-three semifinal round, which is set to kick off Thursday, May 2. The two remaining teams will face off in this year's NLL Finals.
Last season, the Bandits took down the Colorado Mammoth in Game 3 of the 2023 NLL Finals in dominant fashion, posting a 13-4 win en route to their fifth championship.
Buffalo will face off against the Las Vegas Desert Dogs next Saturday, April 20 in its regular-season finale. Faceoff is slated for 10 p.m. on ESPNU and ESPN+.
