SANTA CRUZ WARRIORS AND COASTAL WATERSHED COUNCIL HOST VOLUNTEER DAY AT RIVERWALK
- Entire Santa Cruz Warriors Team and Coaches to Volunteer- WHO: Santa Cruz Warriors and Coastal Watershed Council
WHAT: Focused on reconnecting a healthy San Lorenzo River to a vibrant community, the Santa Cruz Warriors and Coastal Watershed Council will reunite to improve habitat and host a river cleanup Kaiser Permanente Arena in Downtown Santa Cruz.
Over 75 volunteers including players, coaches, front office staff, season ticket holders, community partners, and Coastal Watershed Council volunteers will plant native species at the corner of Ocean St. and San Lorenzo Blvd. and clean up the Santa Cruz Riverwalk along the San Lorenzo River.
