Quotes:
Head Coach Alen Marcina
(On the draw...)
"I'm proud of the guys' resilience, it's not easy to go down two goals within the first 10 minutes of play, so this team has shown me that they never give up, they fight to the very end, so for that I'm very very proud. At the same time, I'm disappointed. Two individual errors, and until we clean up these individual errors, we put ourselves in these positions to draw games."
(On the team's resilience...)
"They started to follow the game plan, first 10 minutes they made some poor individual decisions that cost us. As soon as they followed the game plan I felt we were the better team, we created even in the first half some very big opportunities. Unfortunate that one went off the crossbar as well, and the second half we were the better team. Being the aggressors, playing with the front foot, putting constant pressure on the opponent with and without the ball, so a lot of good things but we've got to clean up those individual errors."
Forward Justin Dhillon
(On the draw...)
"Obviously the first half we didn't start on the right foot, we didn't start the way we wanted to, but overall I think the team showed a lot of resilience and we came back in the second half with a completely different mindset, mentality, it showed on the field. I thought we showed a lot of what it takes to come back. Obviously I think the locker room's a bit disappointed with the draw, but at the end of the day we take the point and we were happy that we were able to come back."
(On his assist...)
"I think towards the end of the game we're pushing our numbers forward, we've got four forwards on the field at the end. Nacho [Bailone] ... he was winning balls all game and he went up for the first one to do a great flick and I kinda saw where the numbers were and towards the left so just did everything I could to throw my body on the line to get it over there. Excellent touch and finish from Tani [Oluwaseyi], that's what you expect from guys like him in the box."
Forward Santiago Patiño
(On his fourth-straight match with a goal...)
"I think I just, our style of play creates a lot of opportunities, and I just stay focused and the opportunities I get, I try to put away."
