The Salt Lake Bees completed a successful road trip with a 9-7 victory over the Fresno Grizzlies Tuesday afternoon. Salt Lake won seven of eight games on the road swing through Sacramento and Fresno and has now won 12 of its last 14 games overall.

Luis Diaz got the start and earned the victory in his triple-A debut, scattering six hits over five innings and striking out seven. Alex Blackford and Cody Ege handled the middle innings before Keynan Middleton recorded his second save of the season.

Offensively, the Bees collected double digit hits for the ninth consecutive game. Bo Way and Eric Young, Jr. led the way with two hits each and Carlos Perez drove in a team-best three runs. Young, Jr. extended his hitting streak to 12 games and recorded multiple hits for the eighth consecutive contest, while Ramon Flores and Rey Navarro extended their on-base streaks to 16 and 13 games, respectively.
