SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake Bees return to Smith's Ballpark to open up the 2018 Pacific Coast League season on Thursday, April 5 with a five-game series against the Albuquerque Isotopes. Below is an overview of the game times, activities, giveaways and community nights happening at the ballpark over the homestand.

Thursday, April 5 vs. Albuquerque Isotopes, 6:35 p.m.

- Opening Day festivities on the field include full team introductions on the field before the game.

- Salt Lake City Councilmember Erin Mendenall will ceremoniously throw the switch on the new lighting system installed during the offseason at the seventh inning stretch.

- Magnetic schedule giveaways all weekend courtesy of Western Governors University.

- Coors Light Thirsty Thursday with $3 drinks. Friday, April 6 vs. Albuquerque Isotopes, 6:35 p.m.

- Post-game kids run presented by Bees Kids Club. Saturday, April 7 vs. Albuquerque Isotopes, 6:35 p.m.

- Opening Weekend fireworks presented by Western Governors University.

- Post-fireworks kids run presented by Bees Kids Club. Sunday, April 8 vs. Albuquerque Isotopes, 1:05 p.m.

- Safe in the SUNday presented by University of Utah Health. Monday, April 9 vs. Albuquerque Isotopes, 12:05 p.m.

- Smith's Family Day with four tickets and four hot dogs for $20 available at www.slbees.com.

- Lunch specials with tickets and a hot dog or pulled pork sandwich for $10 or $15 at www.slbees.com.
