Running Back Duane Gary Signs with Pittsburgh of the USFL

The Bay Area Panthers are in the market for a running back with the news that Duane Gary has signed with the Pittsburgh Maulers of the USFL.

Starting the season fourth on the depth chart, Gary emerged as the Panthers' featured back, running for 489 yards and 18 touchdowns. Gary finished the season 5th in the IFL in rushing yards among running backs. He was also the team's third leading receiver with 19 catches for 81 yards.
