SPRINGDALE, Ark. - The Texas Rangers held the Kansas City Royals scoreless until the top of the ninth inning in an 8-2 victory on Monday night. Monday's game was the fourth and final meeting of the spring between the two clubs that share Surprise Stadium. The Rangers scored six runs on ten hits off of Royals starter Ervin Santana. Lorenzo Cain led the Royals with two hits, while Naturals alums Alex Gordon, Mike Moustakas and Salvador Perez had one hit each. The Royals host the Colorado Rockies at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday.
