Burlington, N.C. - The Royals completed a sweep of the Braves on Saturday night with a 7-3 win.
Burlington found the board very early once again. After Maikel Garcia led off the bottom of the first with a triple, he scored on a wild pitch to put the Royals ahead 1-0.
Then, in the bottom of the second, Burlington caught fire. Garcia brought in a run on a groundout to short, Jack Gethings ripped an RBI single and Jake Means, Vinnie Pasquantino and Mikey Filia strung together consecutive RBI doubles to put the Royals ahead 6-0. Pasquantino finished off Burlington's scoring with an RBI single in the bottom of the fourth.

The first came in the top of the fifth, when Bryce Ball rifled an RBI double to cut the Danville deficit to 7-1. Two more runs came across in the seventh after Jose Palma came home on a wild pitch and Ball brought in Cody Milligan on a sacrifice fly.
Royals right-hander Donavin Buck tossed two one-hit relief innings to earn the first win of his professional career. Braves starter Owens falls to 0-2 after allowing four runs in 1.2 innings.
