
Royals Clinch Spot in 2020 WHL Playoffs

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals are proud to announce that the club has clinched a playoff berth for the ninth consecutive year and 13th time in franchise history.
Victoria's playoff game dates, opponents and start times are all to be determined. The Royals currently sit in second place in the BC Division with 67 points (30-21-5-2), with 10 games to play in the regular season. The second and third place teams in the BC Division will meet in the first round of the WHL Playoffs.
The Royals' 2020 Playoff Ticket Packages will go on tomorrow. A $75 per-seat deposit guarantees the same seat for all playoff home games, as well as a discounted rate on all standard ticket rates. Fans who book by Friday, March 13th will qualify for an early bird incentive, a complimentary ticket to the Royals' 2020 Awards Ceremony. Victoria will begin a three-games-in-three-days set against the Vancouver Giants on Friday in Langley at 7:30 p.m. The Royals will then host the Giants on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Puck drop is at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday, while Sunday's game is scheduled for 3:05 p.m. Post-game on Sunday is the Royals only Skate with the Players event of the season.
