
Roughnecks Announce Protected Player List Ahead of 2019 NLL Expansion Draft

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Roughnecks today announced their protected player list ahead of the 2019 National Lacrosse League Expansion Draft on Tuesday, July 9.
Each team is allowed to designate 11 protected players who are exempt from selection in the draft. Under Expansion Draft rules, each team will surrender no more than two players.

The Rochester Knighthawks will select first overall followed by the New York Riptide as a result of the Expansion Draft Coin Toss. There will be 11 rounds and a maximum of 22 players selected.
