Calgary, AB - The Calgary Roughnecks Lacrosse Club today announced its 21-player active roster and practice roster for the 2019-20 National Lacrosse League season.
The active roster includes 18 returning players and three new faces from Calgary's 2019 draft class: defenceman Liam LeClair (first round, seventh overall), forwards Haiden Dickson (first round, eighth overall) and Marshal King (second round, 22nd overall), round out the 2019-20 Roughnecks active roster.

Forwards Sean Tyrrell (fifth round, 56th overall, 2018) and Travis Getz (sixth round, 89th overall, 2019), defenceman Nick Scott (third round, 40th overall, 2019) and goaltender Landon Kells (third round, 46th overall, 2019) have been named to the practice roster. Forward Rhys Duch has been moved to the physically unable to perform list after sustaining a lower body injury while defenceman Reece Callies has been placed on the injured reserve list with a lower body injury.
Calgary will open their 2019-20 NLL campaign on Saturday, November 29 in Vancouver against the Warriors and then have a two-week bye before hosting the Colorado Mammoth for their Home Opener on Saturday, December 21. The Roughnecks will raise the 2019 NLL Championship banner with the first 3,000 fans in the building receiving mini replica banners. Scotiabank Saddledome doors open at 6:00 p.m. for the $5 Happy Hour featuring food and beverage specials at all concourse concessions.
