
Rookie Receiver Reed Signs with Sugar Skulls

TUCSON - The Tucson Sugar Skulls have signed wide receiver Koree Reed for the 2021 Indoor Football League season.
WR Koree Reed (6'1", 190, Hartwick College) joins the Sugar Skulls for his rookie season in the IFL. Reed began his college career at Central Connecticut State University, before transferring to Hartwick College to finish his college career. Across two years at Hartwick, Reed totaled 104 receptions for 2,673 yards and 28 touchdowns.
During his historic junior season in 2016, Reed was the NCAA Division III statistical champion in the categories of receiving yards (1,606) and receiving yards per game (160.6). He ranked second in the country with 27.8 yards per reception. For his efforts that year, the Baldwinsville, New York native was named to the Associated Press Little All-America First Team, AFCA All-America First Team, HERO Sports All-America First Team, D3football.com All-East Region First Team and the Empire 8 Conference First Team.
