
Roo & Cook Receive Weekly NAHL Honors

Two rookies for the Aberdeen Wings received Honorable Mention for the weekly NAHL Stars of the Week. #2 Ryan Cook (D-Buffalo, NY) and #11 TJ Roo (F-Coon Rapids, MN) received the honors.
Defenseman Ryan Cook tallied 2 assists in Saturday night's 6-2 win over Austin. His assists came on goals from #9 Pat Steinhauser (F-Plymouth, MN) and #11 TJ Roo. Cook now has 4 assists on the season.
Forward TJ Roo, a Mr. Hockey of Minnesota last season, received the honors for his play in the 6-2 win gathering 2 assists and 1 goal. His assists came on scores from #4 Jake Horton (D-Plymouth, MN) and #24 Jonathan Grebosky (F-Pittsburgh, PA). His goal in the 1st period was part of 4 unanswered goals in the period, and 6 unanswered goals in the game.
Congrats to TJ and Ryan for the honors. The Aberdeen Wings are on the road Thursday taking on Brookings and at home on Saturday against the Blizzard.
