Ronaldinho and Roberto Carlos Announce Initial Roster Selections for the Beautiful Game Event Set for DRV PNK Stadium on June 18

Ronaldinho and Roberto Carlos announced today the initial roster selections for The Beautiful Game Event set for DRV PNK Stadium on Saturday, June 18. The Beautiful Game by R10 & RC3 brings global fútbol legends Ronaldinho and Roberto Carlos to South Florida with each legend captaining a team.

Among the many players expected to participate are current and former stars, as well as athletes from other sports. The active stars expected to participate are 28-year-old Juventus standout and Argentine international Paulo Dybala, and Colombian national team legend and Rayo Vallecano striker Radamel Falcao.

A number of fútbol icons are also expected to join Ronaldinho and Roberto Carlos for the match: FC Barcelona and Argentina national team legend Javier Mascherano; Diego Lugano, a former captain of the Uruguay national team; and Elano, a former Brazilian international who starred for Santos FC over three different stints and played six years in European fútbol.

A duo of star athletes from other sports are also expected to feature in the match: Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson, a Miami native and legendary NFL wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals who also trialed for Sporting Kansas City in 2011; and Leandro Barbosa, a Brazilian former basketball player and NBA champion.

The match, produced and distributed by MediaPro, will feature two 45-minute halves.
