Rome Braves Place Spruill on DL

Rome Emperors News Release
The Rome Braves have placed RHP Zeke Spruill on the disabled list effective today. Spruill is having an outstanding first half with a 7-2 record and 3.17 ERA. The team receives RHP David Francis from Myrtle Beach of the Carolina League. Francis played for Rome earlier this season and was 3-1 and a 3.70 ERA in eleven appearances. He was 0-0 at Myrtle Beach in just three innings of work.
