Rodolfo Pizarro to Join Mexican National Team for Upcoming Friendlies

Inter Miami CF midfielder and Designated Player Rodolfo Pizarro will join the Mexico National Team's 26-man roster for its upcoming international fixtures against the Netherlands and Algeria.

Mexico will travel to Europe to face the Netherlands on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at 2:45 p.m. ET at Johan Cruyff Arena and Algeria on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 3 p.m. ET at Cars Jeans Stadion.

"We wish Rodolfo well and are proud to have him represent Inter Miami on the international stage," said Paul McDonough, Inter Miami CF COO & Sporting Director. "We knew Rodolfo was an important player for Mexico when we signed him, and we support him and his goals with the national team."

Upon his return from national team duty, Pizarro will follow the necessary health and safety protocols set forth by Major League Soccer.
