WILMINGTON, Del. - The Blue Rocks were supposed to take on the Potomac Nationals for the final time in the 2015 regular season on Thursday, but heavy rain in the Wilmington area prevented the game from taking place. The Rocks opened the series by getting swept in a doubleheader on Tuesday before securing a comeback victory on Wednesday.

The Blue Crew will be back in action on Friday when they open up a three-game set against the Salem Red Sox. Thursday's scheduled starter, Alec Mills, is projected to get the ball in the series-opener. Mills will be making his second start since returning from the disabled list. The righty is 6-6 with a 3.04 ERA this season. Salem's probable starter on Friday is Teddy Stankiewicz, who sports a 3-10 record and a 3.72 ERA. First pitch from Frawley Stadium is scheduled for 7:05 p.m., and fans can listen to the broadcast on 89.7 WGLS-FM.
