Rockets Win Over Edmonton

The Kelowna Rockets defeated the Edmonton Oil Kings 4-2 Friday night at Prospera Place in Kelowna, winning its second straight game to sit in second place in the WHL B.C. division.

Geordie Wudrick scored twice for the Rockets including the winner in the third period. Max Adolph and Brett Bulmer also scored for the Rockets.

Adam Brown earned his 15th win of the season, allowing two goals to Edmonton's Tomas Vincour.

Kelowna improved to 15-14-1-0 on the season with the win.

The Rockets host the Tri-City Americans tomorrow before leaving next week on a six game, nine day trip east.

After this weekend the team won't be home until Dec. 27.
