
Rocket Acquire Bouchard from Shawinigan

The Rocket announced that they have acquired Left Winger, Ãric Bouchard from the Shawinigan Cataractes. Bouchard, from Alliston, Ontario, is 6'2", 210 pounds and plays a physical game. He is expected to join the team later this week.
The Rocket also announced today that Jordon Southorn has been suspended by the team for disciplinary reasons. The situation will be re-evaluated when Southorn has completed his involvement in the Buffalo Sabres training camp.
In other news, Sunday's exhibition game that was postponed has now been rescheduled for Wednesday at 6:30 PM at the Halifax Forum. The Rocket next see home action on Saturday, August 29th when they host the Acadie-Bathurst Titan at 7:00 PM at the Charlottetown Civic Centre.
