(Toronto, Ontario) â Toronto Rock President, Brad Watters, has been fined an undisclosed amount after an incident during the January 24th game at the ACC. The Rock defeated the Bandits 17-11, in a game that became very intense and physical during the fourth quarter.
Watters exchanged words with the Buffalo bench boss, Darris Kilgour, during the fourth quarter. Watters is currently out of the country and unavailable for a quote.
