
Rock Cats Game Suspended

New Britain Rock Cats News Release
New Britain, CT- The New Britain Rock Cats Baseball Club, the Double-A Eastern League Affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, has announced that today's game against the Richmond Flying Squirrels has been cancelled due to poor field conditions. The game was suspended in the bottom of the second inning with no score and will continued at a later date in August in Richmond, VA due to the fact that the Flying Squirrels do not return to New Britain this season. Fans holding tickets to today's game may exchange them for tickets for any home game during the 2014 season. The Rock Cats begin a 7-game road trip tomorrow but will return to New Britain Stadium on Friday, May 30th at 6:35 against the Binghamton Mets.
