
Robbie Keane in Round of 16 for 2014 AT&T Goal of the Year

After being narrowed down from a field of 64 of the best MLS goals this year, Robbie Keane has advanced to the final 16 goals for the 2014 AT&T Goal of the Year. Keane is nominated for his Week 25 goal against Chivas USA in which he nutmegged defender Jhon Kennedy Hurtado before chipping goalkeeper Dan Kennedy from outside the 18.
Keane is placed in Group IV along with Thierry Henry, Erick Torres and Federico Higuain with voting set to end at 11:59 p.m. PT on Wednesday, Nov. 19. One player from each of the four groups will advance to the Final. Fans can also enter to win one of two (2) VIP package for two to MLS Cup 2014. Complete prize package includes hotel, airfare, and game tickets to MLS Cup 2014.
