
Roadrunners Take Third Straight from Thunder

ROBSTOWN, Texas - The Edinburg Roadrunners took the third straight game from the Coastal Bend Thunder 8-6 Thursday night at Fairgrounds Field.
With the win, the Roadrunners maintain the lead in the standings over the Amarillo Dillas by four games.
After being postponed yesterday due to weather conditions, the Coastal Bend (7-14) and Edinburg (16-5) were set to play a double header today but after further discussion postponed the make-up game for another date.
Edinburg takes to Amarillo tomorrow for game one of the four game series against the Dillas. Game time is set for 7:05 p.m. with Mark DiBernardo set to take the mound for the Roadrunners.
